Furniture & Decor Selection

Here’s where the magic happens! We carefully source each piece of furniture and decor to align with the property’s goals and aesthetic. We then create layered visual design boards show how everything will come together in the space - from pillows to paint colors. This gives you a clear, photo-realistic sense of how the room will look and feel before anything is purchased.
Once the design is finalized, you’ll receive your Design Presentation. This document includes:
