  • Yes, that’s exactly what the Design Refresh package is for. We keep your furniture and layer in art, curtains, pillows, rugs, paint, wallpaper, and decor to fill in the gaps, so everything actually feels cohesive.

  • 3–5 business days for 3 bedrooms or less, and 5–7 business days for 4+ bedroom STRs. Think of this as your design fast track.

  • Of course. Paint is one of the easiest ways to completely change a space, so it plays a huge role in your refresh.

  • Not with this package. It’s design-only, so you’ll handle the implementation. If you want something more hands-on, our STR design package includes install support.

  • A design presentation with all the decor selections, plus a shopping list with direct links so you can order everything without second-guessing it.

  • Most clients land somewhere between $5,000–$10,000 for interior and exterior, depending on the size of the property and how much we’re updating.
