We’ll meet for a one-hour video call to walk through the Design Strategy to ensure you are fully on board with our approach.
04. Furniture & Decor Selection
Here’s where the magic happens! We carefully source each piece of furniture and decor to align with the property’s goals and aesthetic. We then create layered visual design boards show how everything will come together in the space—from pillows to paint colors. This gives you a clear, photo-realistic sense of how the room will look and feel before anything is purchased.
05. Design Handoff
Once the design is finalized, you’ll receive your Design Presentation. This document includes:

Detailed floor maps with instructions for paint, wallpaper, and furniture placement
